Printing Customer Call Sheets

Once you have entered all of the required information needed to generate a Customer Call Sheet as directed in Using Customer Call Sheets, command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The Call Sheet produces the following information for each sales rep by day of the week:

• Time – The time of day the sales rep should call the customer.
• Route – The default route number of the customer.
• STP – The default stop for the customer
• Customer/Contacts – The customer ID, customer name, primary customer contact and the sales contact
• Phone – The customer's telephone 1 number and sales contact phone number
• Notes – The call notes 1 - 3
• Fax – The primary customer and sales fax number.
